Sending a message to a bots contact list requires that you create a keyword that contains only the "response" logic option.
TUTORIAL
1. Click the "Bots" option from the menu
2. Select the "Edit" button for the bot you want to send the message from
3. Click the "Action" menu and choose "Add Response"
4. Select "Equals" then type a word you want to use. We used "campaign" here
5. Choose the + sign by Bot Logic
6. Ensure "Response" is selected and add the text you want to send to the textbox as shown below. Then click "Add"
